Return Process

  Log into your Pothys account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item you wish to send back.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Pothys silk tags and price labels intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Package & Pickup

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging; our logistics partner will arrive at your registered address for a doorstep pickup within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
